Cost estimator

What will your tender cost to write?

Seven questions, about ninety seconds. You get both pricing options for your scope, the reasons behind it, and the option to book a call for a fixed written price. No obligation and no sales sequence.

1What do you need written?

This sets the shape of the scope before we look at anything else.

2Which sector is the tender in?

Defence submissions carry far heavier compliance, security and evidence requirements.

3What is the contract worth?

Contract value drives the depth of evidence and, on the win win model, the success fee.

4When does it close?

A close inside two weeks needs a dedicated writer and carries a priority loading.

5What existing content can we start from?

Usable past submissions and current policies cut the research time.

6Have we worked together before?

Returning clients pay less because the bid library is already built.

7How would you like to pay?

Both options are shown on the next screen so you can compare them side by side.

Nothing is charged and nothing is committed. The range is indicative, the written price comes after we read the tender.

How we price

Two ways to pay, both agreed in writing

Choose a fixed fee for a defined scope and pay nothing on award, or choose win win, a small amount up front with the balance payable only if the tender is won. Success fees are fixed dollar amounts agreed in writing before we start, never a percentage of contract value, and they are capped at an agreed maximum.

  • Free review of the tender documents within 24 hours
  • A written go or no go view before any fee is discussed
  • A price for the scope you actually need, agreed before we start
  • Priority handling when the close is inside seven days

Tendering every month?

Retainers are priced on a call, not by the estimator

If you tender regularly, a monthly retainer is usually cheaper than paying per bid. Essential, Standard and Partner each cover an agreed number of tenders a month. Tell us your volume and we will price it properly.
