How the tender assistant works
The assistant on our home page answers questions about tendering using the material published on this website — our guides, sector pages, case studies and sample proposals. It is there to explain how tenders work, not to replace reading your own documents.
What it can do
- Explain how tenders are written, scored and evaluated.
- Point you to our guides, case studies and sample proposals.
- Tell you what it does not know, instead of guessing.
What it cannot do
- It cannot read your tender. It has not seen your documents and cannot tell you whether a specific tender is winnable, what it will cost, or what weightings apply.
- It cannot access live tender portals or list current opportunities.
- It cannot send messages, forward questions or arrange anything on your behalf. To reach us, email info@visionexsolutions.com.au or book a call.
- It can be wrong. Check anything that matters against the tender documents themselves.
Please don't paste confidential material
Don't enter tender pricing, referee contact details, personnel records, commercially sensitive information, or anything marked OFFICIAL or above. If you need us to look at an actual tender, send it to us directly by email or through the contact form, not through the chat.
How your questions are handled
- The assistant is built on Claude, made by Anthropic. Your question and the relevant extracts from our website are sent to Anthropic to generate the answer.
- We keep a record of questions and answers so we can see where the assistant is unhelpful or wrong and improve it.
- We do not use your questions to train any AI model, and neither does Anthropic for API requests of this kind.
- We do not ask for your name, email or phone number in the chat. If you want us to contact you, you choose to provide those through the contact form or by email.
