Precontracts is a strange, addictive trade: every few weeks your work is judged by an evaluation panel, scored against competitors, and either wins a contract or doesn't. If that sounds better than writing reports nobody reads, we should talk.

Bid writers who can turn a site supervisor's fifteen-minute war story into a methodology an evaluator scores at the top of the range.

Estimators and quantity surveyors who can read drawings, take off quantities and build a BOQ that survives scrutiny.

Bid coordinators who treat a tender programme like a site programme, nothing late, nothing missed, no surprises at 4pm on closing day.
