If you are not happy with our work, you get your fee back

What it covers

Every engagement we take on. A single tender submission, a retainer month, a Defence-ready program, a lost tender autopsy, a tender-ready audit. If you are not satisfied with the work, you get the fee back in full.

How to claim

Email info@visionexsolutions.com.au with a short written explanation of what you were not happy with. It does not need to be long or formal, a few honest sentences is plenty. We do not assess whether your reasons are good enough, the refund is yours either way. Refunds are processed within five business days of your email.

When to claim

Any time before your submission is lodged, or within 14 days after lodgement. Retainer clients can claim any month, before the end of that month.

What "your fee" means

The fees you paid Visionex Solutions. Where we have paid money out to a third party on your behalf, for example a tender portal fee, printing, or a specialist sub-consultant, that money has already gone to them so it is not ours to give back. We will always tell you before we spend anything like that on your behalf.

One fair condition: if you take the refund, the work reverts to us. You get the money or you get the submission, not both. Where a tender has already been lodged we are not going to ask you to withdraw it, but we do ask that you do not reuse the material in a later bid.

Why we can offer this

We have lodged over 1,000 tender submissions and every client we have taken on is still a client. If our work is not good enough, we would rather hand the money back than argue about it.

One thing we will not pretend

We cannot guarantee you will win. Nobody can, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. The evaluation panel decides that, and we never meet them. What we guarantee is our work. If our work is not up to standard, you do not pay for it.
